What happens if Anchor "is hacked" and everyone makes a claim at the same time?

This is what I never understood, how could anchor be hacked? The terra address that your aUST is stored in can only be compromised through you backup phrases or ledger device. I think O3 is more for if the the protocol ever fails to meet the target yield (which I doubt).
