This is an interesting idea but a bit too far fetched currently.
This sort of stuff will be cool to have when crypto and TERRA specifically are more mainstream but in 2021 / 2022 will be still too early.

So many possibilities with this approach.
1 year $200k sponsorships by Anchor to orgs for marketing. Deposit $1m of community pool funds into anchor, at years end, provide the 20% ($200k) to the org as payment. Community pool retains the $1m. 😮everyone wins.

Possibly sports teams offer 1-5 year (or more) season tickets to their games for an upfront deposit, eg season ticket cost is $400, deposit $2000 and receive your season pass each year over agreed timeline. Customer receives $2000 back at end of agreement
