Yes, you can redelegate to a new validator. I suggest some of the smaller ones that contribute a lot to the network - Maybe stake Sabai or Smartstake When delegating, you can choose the source of tokens to be from another validator instead of your main wallet.

I agree with you there. I am a complete believer in decentralised organisations. Are you saying that Terran One is independent? If so I am supportive of this.
