Think networks can do a better job of making ownership meaningful - gov participation means little when quorum is 40% of the network. Tiers of meaningful ownership is key, e.g. in over X CRO staked higher cashback, in USD over Y USD unlocks home ownership
Agree. Been thinking of ways to solve for this. First, you want the core team to be focused on building and not pulled in million directions by anarchy. Second, you want progressively decentralized community ownership.

Been noodling on the structure for a while...maybe some tweets this weekend! As always, traditional markets offer pretty good insights given a long history of trial-and-errors... I think Web3 teams can start w/ different voting rights w/ milestone type payment schemes.
