Yet again, leads the way. I predict most successful companies will follow Coinbase's lead. If only because those who don't are less likely to succeed.

I wholeheartedly disagree with this statement. This will set a tone and culture at Coinbase that ultimately will push away talent and even customers you need to build "your mission" if financial equality is truly your mission.

Brian is just trying to build a culture where people are allowed to disagree.
How? From what I see he's doing the opposite because people can only disagree if they have the freedom to express their opinions in the first place.
