Why disrespect hard working crypto colleagues?

I think its more confusing than disrespectful- i don’t know what a “nested” relay chain is but sounds incorrect anyhow

It's Polkadot's beacon chain which coordinates shards (parachains) and makes cross chain communication possible. It's what chains talk through and where they get their security.

Still not sure this makes sense - are you claiming the polkadot relay chain is not ethereum’s parachain?
Not now, some time in the future Ethereum might become a para-relay-chain on Polkadot, and its shards will become parachains of its own.
