1. Tx fees from a given time period (all tx fees go to a $LUNA holder right?) ==> annualize earnings from there. 2. Staking and inflation rate (only some are receiving rewards + if active holders receive inflation they dilute non-active holders) ==> calculate adjusted-yield.

fcd.terra.dev/v1/dashboard/s returns the staking returns `annualizedReturn` by the given `datetime` stamp. You only need to observe the topmost result for your purposes
