This could be a big deal in Mongolia.
There's a huge number of people here in Ulaanbaatar who supplement their income hiring out as informal taxis. If it catches on with them and not just the formal taxi companies, that'll bring huge #'s of Mongolians' into the crypto world...

I usually drive or take the bus myself, but I just installed Memechat app so I can test this out later.
I've noticed that Memechat has English interface as well as Mongolian. Definitely a plus for some of us foreign residents and visitors.

I haven't used the memechat pay function yet, but the overall interface is nice.
The dominant mobile payment system in Mongolia would probably be Candy, a digital currency token and mobile wallet developed by the mobile company Mobicom. It seems to enjoy wide public adoption.
