I don't get #openlibra. What makes libra interesting is its massive reachable user base. What's the point of forking the codebase? It won't be able to compete wrt usership.

Does it have to compete? Sounds like the idea is to peg the value and extend the utility into a censorship resistant open network so that the private corporate bridge to users can reach the open decentralized web, and vice versa...or maybe I missed something...

To rephrase: I don't see why openlibra will be widely used and adopted. In my mind, projects without usership are not worth doing.
