According to the talk massive growth of Terra is completely certain. It gets better on the panel though: “The goal is to expand to SEA while staying within the existing regulatory frameworks.”

Not sure what you are insinuating re: regulation but curious where the skepticism is coming from considering the entity in question is already fully licensed in emoney and payments with 450k users
