I hope @JohnJamesMI wins, time we get past career politicians that only seem to wake up during election season.

Then we'd be in the same situation we are now...
-
Yep. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

“Despite Stabenow’s seemingly tough rhetoric against prescription drug prices going back to 2002, her 43 years in politics, & nearly $4 million in salary from the taxpayers, she’s done nothing to reform prescription drug costs outside of accepting the industry’s contributions"

Yet last time I checked it was the democrats who are so ardently against cutting regulations that allow big pharma to keep a stranglehold on the market because there is no chance of competition.

You might want to do something about legitimate pain pts getting treated like drug addicts. My sis had cancer surgery & Walgreens in Marquette refused to fill her pain meds. I was there & i was ticked. No excuse for this garbage.
-
Some of those restrictions from what I have found are the insurance companies we use for coverage. They make us and doctors jump through hoops. It’s nuts the work we have to do to get what we need. I’m starting to think 1 payer for all may be good.
-
This wasn’t insurance restriction. I asked them if this was state law or what. Crickets. I asked 2 more times. Then I got a hesitant answer well it’s Walgreen’s policy and state law. In other words, they flat out lied. Walgreens near where I live had no prob filling her script.

I can support this on First Amendment grounds, but I would go further to demand price transparency for health care providers like clinics and hospitals for most, if not all procedures. Where do you stand, Debbie?

Making medicine easier to access is not good for our state. It's good you're finally doing something about the prices but this will only fuel the opioid epidemic.

Truth and honesty will win in the end, I am tired of Big Pharma lies and deceptions, please release us from the mandatory vaccination mess. There are alot of reasons to do this. like the children who have had adverse reactions to the initial vaccines should not receive any more

Now, if we can stop them from refusing to fill prescriptions based on religious beliefs.

Shit, if we had a single payer system,
#MedicareForAll, no one would have to pay a PENNY when picking up their prescription medicine... -
And unicorns, Santa, and the tooth fairy are having a dance off in my living room. Idiot.. nothing is free.
