For the second time I show up to a service appointment at @BellevueNissan and they don't have anyone certified on my car working that day. You knew what car I had when you called me and booked the appointment! Don't schedule me when there's no GT-R tech on site! @NissanUSA

Dealer had no idea who scheduled this. Nissan USA hired a 3rd party company to cold call scheduling appts (introduced themselves as "bellevue nissan"). This company is clearly incompetent b/c they don't know that a GT-R requires specialist and can't just be scheduled blindly.

So really, Nissan USA (not the dealer) needs to get their shit together and tell whoever is doing these calls to stop scheduling GT-Rs for service when there isn't a GT-R tech on site. Or just stop scheduling GT-Rs period, if that's too complicated.
