When I was young, I was delivering the software I wrote by driving to the clients with the tapes, and then installing the tapes on their midrange computers. I would then train them how to use my software.
Fun times. They loved me! True end-to-end delivery, 'one man band' style.

- working alone on a feature
- changing code that has no tests
- adding functionality while refactoring
- not committing early & often
