Well if we take Rao's suggestions we get: hyper-rationality, sub-rationality, infra-rationality and intra-rationality, all clearly crap. Kegan users inter- (inter-individual), so inter-systemic? Cook-Greuter use post-conventional, which I like.
But then I can't get over the fact that words and word stems have REAL meanings, not just branding. Inter- (among) Post-(after) and Meta-(beyond) are better than Infra-(below) Intra-(inside) Sub-(under) and Hyper-(over).
