Playing with vision today. Things can be wavy, moving, breathing, different. I realised many unfocused ways of looking prioritise pattern. “Normal” vision seems to have more detail, corresponds to messy reality. Wow, is normal sight The Way? It is right there after all.

So what do you mean by “Consensus Reality (or whatever) seems to have more detail, corresponds to messy reality”. Some things are hard over text and I wanna make sure I’m following you. Also cause I’ve had quite similar thoughts. How does it correspond to messy reality.

Are you sort of saying consensus reality is Hi Def and so heavy information load, so complex and so messy?

Yes, and it’s less likely to smoosh everything into a pleasing pattern, (which could be over-prioritising pattern) so it’s more “true” to the thing being observed

You were glasses right? I wonder if it has to do with us getting to put them on and constantly be reminding we’re seeing through magic binoculars (father), then back to Natural (mother), and natural bein so pleasing and relaxin loving, then shapes start to form from patterns

yeah I do. Lately I've been focussing on infinity and looking at something nearby in order to see double. I'm trying to look out of each eye independently

But yes shapes do form patterns! Any visual field (even eyes closed) can have shapes that form patterns. Or faces, or people.
