The ideas are gripping but Orwell was not a great novelist, ppl are right to feel bored reading it. But! I think he was one of the best essayists on the planet. It’s a shame no one reads his non-fic

I wouldn't say it's boring. It's not super well written, but also not exactly boring. Brave New World also really pales in comparison to Huxley's later and more mature work.
