CN: gross In other news, I haven’t done a solid shit since I got here, had diarrhoea several times, and it’s getting worse. Pretty sure very hard water -> very soft water is most of the problem and with diet change as well, my system is very stressed.

for now yes (until today no pain at all, just a stressed system). Happens every time I come to Portugal / Spain
