CN: gross In other news, I haven’t done a solid shit since I got here, had diarrhoea several times, and it’s getting worse. Pretty sure very hard water -> very soft water is most of the problem and with diet change as well, my system is very stressed.

I hope you can get your digestive system back on track so you can get back to enjoying your life. The body sometimes doesn't like these changes in water and diet. I guess bodies are "conservative" and don't like changes.
