talked w the ear doc, it was somewhat useful, he confirmed that it's likely tmj-related but he'll prescribe me eardrops & pain meds nevertheless but he told me that basically i need to fix my anxiety issues (lmao thanks) & talk to a dental surgeon

idk how well dentistry works over video, im gonna venture a guess that it doesnt work at all but the covid situation over here is rly bad so im gonna try to have a phone call w a dentist & cope w the meds i got & hope for the best

wrote an email to my psych if i he can suggest sth to take for my anxiety stuff ofc hes on vacation but let's hope he still reads his email (i mean, i know what i can take & works: benzos. i just hate that option and so does he.)

I know this is bullshit hard/you've heard it before but consciously relaxing the jaw muscle, whenever you can remember to do it, can help. There are massage videos too. I found that I could eventually catch myself tensing up and do it less over time.
