Because a lot of learning can happen for both sides from dialogue
Why would you argue with a teacher? You can disagree, think they’re wrong. But no arguments are needed for that. If you’re arguing with them you’re simply describing the ways they are right that you’re not ready to accept. The teacher doesn’t care. Stop making excuses and listen.
