a thing this energy worker said - they have this personality typing system: fire, water, ground, air. i was fire, no surprise there red man, right? but i wanna talk about water. water, fire; get it?

Water has been a HUGE motif in my life. The first traumatic memory i have i was in the shower (dont ask). I think it's when i learned my freeze response.

Another therapy water motif was that this one time we did work and got to a point where i had electric current going on, time distortion, the whole shebang. What did i do? Immediately jumped into a shower and appreciated every single droplet of water

ADITTIONLAY theres this technique where you can 'speak directly from the unconsious' as it were. You find all sorts of childish plans, but which explain your behavior much more tightly than any of your professed plans. Once using it I inquired about what I was and the answer was:

“ i am vraus god of fire”
