I also think there's a lot of truth to this. God is real — as in, the transcendent overarching Oneness that is the Whole is real; I hope that conveys my meaning. so of course there are multiple ways to interface with that entity (of which each of us is a tiny part)

which ways are valid or permitted of course depends on perspective, although personally I think that Christianity is the best ontological operating system available

As a Christian, I wonder if my musings on Buddhism aren't hindered in the same way as this person's musings on Christianity. Imo, the respective cosmologies and topologies of the soul result in different symbolic schemes.

Christianity doesn't have an equivalent of enlightenment, so looking for enlightenment in Christians feels buddhist-centered. Similarly, looking for theosis in Buddhists feels like a way of centering myself yet again.
