ok I've looked up what it really means and understand the true spiciness of this tweet. But it means two almost opposite things so it's its own fault really

Somewhat orthogonal to your point, but: I think if you _always_ do anything, that's already a mistake.
In the muscle tension example, I might try either of those, or ignore it, or see if I can feel it on an emotional level, or do an energy visualization, or...
