Funny how so many things are a fairly big framework but they’re just to allow you to realise one thing. Once you realise it you’re like, that’s a simple, small thing! But yeah, you didn’t realise it before, so... anyway as Alan Watts says if you got the message, hang up the phone

Meditation is for feeling your subtle body. Long yoga poses is for figuring out you can optionally use different muscles for the same movement. CBT therapy is to show you negative self talk is bad. Homeopathy is placebo effect. My fine art degree was about telling ppl to fuck off

ahhh, this is why I have been inclined to begin characterizing myself as “An Artist” it’s because I want the ability to tell people to fuck off

reminds me of how one Artwork that I think about a lot is Lars Vilks’ “Nimis”, a bizarre sprawling structure made from 75 tons of driftwood nailed together illegally over years in a remote part of a Swedish natural reserve and then proclaimed as an independent nation

yeah, it seems you have to be able to keep doing what you love doing, even if other people think you're crazy. It's hard but... that's all you need. That's the whole game of being an artist.
