Is taking full, deep breaths supposed to take a lot of effort? Is it supposed to feel somewhat exhausting? Is it supposed to be difficult? If I wanted to become able to do this with ease: what should I do? What practices or techniques should I use?
What everyone has already said and... if you notice that outside air is tasting or smelling really good then take that moment to breathe because it’s enjoyable. You’ll naturally get a bit deeper because it’s nice :)
