Do they enjoy doing childcare and housework more than they enjoyed professional life?
The one I know does. He actually gets energy from his kids, rather than feeling it drained out. He himself had a good father :)

I’m curious if that was true when the kids were babies and small toddlers. I can imagine it being like that with a kid who talks. At the moment it’s a huge challenge for me.

They are currently 4 and 18 months, so yes. The 18 month old is remarkable, they bathe him up to his neck and he climbs the stairs by himself
