Scientists and clinicians continue to dominate all discussion of Covid/lockdown because they are the ‘experts’. But the big decisions are now ethical - which is not their domain. Should we wreck society to protect the very elderly and ill at any cost?

I don’t understand why we’re crashing our economy based on theoretical deaths and discredited models. To give up this amount of Liberty, There should be people dying in the streets, not just on spreadsheets.
