‘American’ here: circumcision, IMHO is perpetuated by insecure Fathers who are circumcised and don’t want their child to feel different. It is a weak argument, for sure! But sometimes insecurity is a primal motive for decision s like this, even when they know better.
Yep a social norm is far harder to change even if the original reason has faded

Easier now in a intermittent lockdown world? I strongly came to appreciate caring for plants in that time. Also do you think trees-as-friends are a good entry point?
