Ya it does. And it means no hands free to high five passerby. I used to have tiny tits, but now they're all enormous and jigglesome after switching my birth control. I can go on braless bike rides through the countryside though and that's almost as liberating.
Mine are pretty big 
although to be fair slightly smaller when I stopped wearing a bra years ago

Good question. I'm pretty happy with having them big tbh. I breastfed my daughter for nearly 2 years so the little ones rather has the semblance of wistful curtains.
