If you had 1000 sq feet of cheap, well-located industrial workspace in a fairly dense urban area, what equipment would you put in and what would you do? Assume you can’t be in the food/dark-kitchen business and that supplies you need from China/Amazon continue to flow smoothly.

It’s was 2,500 sq ft and yes we did. The equipment was: lots of wood and wood workshop, AstroTurf, vr setup, foam mats, 18 guest mattresses, 10 duvets, red sheets, lots of condoms, sound system, inflatable pool, lighters, lots of fairy lights.

What was the astroturf for?

Well we refitted the dance floor every time so sometimes mats, sometimes bare, blanket fort and once, sand! The Astro turf was nice for garden themes, underfoot when the pool was out and as a “graveyard” for Halloween. It was an accident we had it but put it to good use!

Ah cool! Okay I like that, particularly the graveyard vibe.
