You should physically feel better in your 30s than in your 20s. If you don't, you didn't spend enough time listening to your body and did all the wrong things in your 20s. This shouldn't even be controversial but unfortunately it is.

Same, I'm getting progressively healthier into my thirties and plan for this to continue. I'm fitter than ever, getting best quality sleep, happiest, etc. Takes time to figure out what works and what doesn't.
