      Wrong question IMO. Right question: how overwhelmed are medical services, such that someone who is infected *shouldn't have died* if the services were not overwhelmed. They are not overwhelmed. Now is the time to travel.

      Almost by definition one would want to know of any seemingly significant risk (including uncertainty about potential actual level of risk) of becoming disabled - which it seems there is - if one wants to do a risk assessment.
