For people interested in the meta-rational thing: Do you read this as a more-or-less history-wide capacity? I understand that it's part of a developmental unfolding in the individual, but do you also take it to be a recent event that expresses a larger historical unfolding?
I think it would be possible for any human, just more or less difficult (eg few peers) Though maybe irrelevant / wrong frame for many more.
