It's actually 20 excluding bank holidays, so 28 total. 25 plus bank holidays is reasonably generous.
This is funny because the legal absolute minimum days holiday per year is 24 (I cry that people don’t know this)

I believe it’s 4.7 weeks (5 day week x 4.7 = 23.5) and yeah the bank holidays are always on top of that
