Just seems dumb not to: -predict the emotion -harness the emotion -channel the emotion Which I think means actually there’s no one at the controls (govts are dead players)
I agree with you but I think all the incentives for governments are to say EVERYTHING IS FINE like a magic spell for as long as the spell holds And MOST of the time it even works
