      Your engineers should always use your product, if remotely possible. It’s a lot harder not to give a fuck about usability when you have to use something. Further, there is so much creative energy that gets unleashed once you actually have to use something yourself.

      If I was in charge of a company making estrogen patches all the engineers would be wearing placebo patches. No way they would be annoying to use if that were true.
