Hey so what are we doing and where am I putting this bag of bizarre ideas?

So the prompt was that I was suggesting that work such as Ratcliffe's take on phenomenology of mental illness, Alexander Technique's nondoing, and Focusing's "Hey if you pay attention to bodily phenomenology you can start to sort out your feelings" all seem parts of a puzzle

And it would be nice to have them talk to each other rather than just all sitting on their own doing their own thing ignoring the rest. I was mostly... not *joking* but it was an idle thought, but then the internet got excited and, well, here we are.

I'd contribute via QRI's framework of providing gear-level mechanisms for what many of the adjustments entail. Eg. Look into entrainment and metronome quotient: https://opentheory.net/2018/08/a-future-for-neuroscience/ …
