For me, finding the value in many divergent perspectives is complexity training. How can all these ppl have such different earnest beliefs? Complexity! But what's the true truth? There isn't one!

Yes, don’t get me wrong, it’s definitely part of it. Multiple perspectives is a big part of complexity. But there are also other parts: abduction, warm data, embodied complexity.
