While mostly true, there are still people who prefer working from offices. I believe an office-as-a-choice kind of thing would be the best setup.

I'd be happy to pop in once or twice a week. Unlike my colleague currently working from a van in the garden, plastic sheets blocking the windows, who'd be in the office 5 days/week tomorrow.

Yes. Everyone suffers in offices, but its more visible in knowledge workers and autists. Need: - controlled & customised sensory and social environment - no sudden changes - no distractions - no access by other people in company except line manager
