Hi! Thanks for asking! This is so hard, I have many. To start - what the heck is the diff b/w polyamory & non-monogamy? I'm also interested in how spiritual traditions may view/intersect w/ poly. My sense is it encourages some level of expanding circle of love/compassion...
Would love to hear stories / read threads / about your experiences or be referred to articles 
What’s your first burning question or area of interest?Very little difference, sometimes people append “ethical” to non-monogamy to make it equivalent to polyamory. Helps to show it’s not cheating/betrayal. And yes probably much crossover! I hear pagans are often ethically non mono but I don’t have any experience with those folks

1/ You're unlikely to find a conclusive answer re: nonmonogamy vs polyamory except in academic studies where they need to define it, but my view is that NM is an umbrella term encompassing things like swinging, open relationships, etc, whereas poly refers to a specific type of NM
