Hi! Thanks for asking! This is so hard, I have many. To start - what the heck is the diff b/w polyamory & non-monogamy? I'm also interested in how spiritual traditions may view/intersect w/ poly. My sense is it encourages some level of expanding circle of love/compassion...

Very little difference, sometimes people append “ethical” to non-monogamy to make it equivalent to polyamory. Helps to show it’s not cheating/betrayal. And yes probably much crossover! I hear pagans are often ethically non mono but I don’t have any experience with those folks
