There's something interesting going on with my breathing and I suspect it might be COVID-19 related (nothing to worry about). I'm noticing that I'm unconsciously breathing more slowly and holding my breath when my lungs are empty, like the breathe in reflex has been dulled.

I have an extremely slow breathing rate anyway so it wasn't immediately obvious, but I've been feeling chronically fatigued since I got a fever on Friday and now I'm wondering if this is why. Going to try some box breathing to see if that helps, a la
