I think one step beyond. Formalising the problem is 99% of solving it. There is a felt uneasiness and a sense-feeling that sensemaking is what is missing, but hard to say precisely what the uneasiness is *about*
It’s hard not to think that the feeling of uneasiness is being confronted with ones own stupidity
people are *not* in the market for being wrong / realising their stupidity / etc
