I think the point is that the usual justification for broadcasting violations of traditional morality is that the violators are oppressed, and this justification does not apply here.

I wanted to just rub it in to them. Not nearly enough Diversity of black masses and animist child sacrifice on Songs of Praise, say. Also a pan racial minstrel show would be good Saturday night light entertainment.
