I’m the queen of delayed gratification though and a small amount of reward can keep me going for hours. Incidentally this is why I do well as a coder.

So yeah there’s some kind of mechanism going on between hugs/social, smoking, [redacted], sugar and intellectual reward. I wonder how best to balance these for optimal health
