I think a dude of 6’2 who weighs 250lb vs a normal woman would indeed easily overpower her

“Some self defence when I was younger...” is that large? I think it’s more like: if you’re in the same weight class but a woman has training, woman can win. In wildly different weight class, ie almost double your size, regardless of gender yeah you’d need years of training
