i have little doubt that men lie more often on average than do women but "believe all women" is just straight batshit lunacy which, among other things, treats women as inhuman

Yeah, this is like "all lives matter" to "black lives matter". Obviously true, but you have to be intentionally missing the point to interpret it this way
Yeah the original idea was also an attempt to flip the default in a culture that by default disbelieved women wrt rape. I found the word “sisterhood” reminded me to have solidarity with women in a culture that always seeks to divide women. But only useful for that context.
