Chiming in because it *may* help: men actively prevent this with their unconscious habits. When I move up high in the bed to be the big spoon, the guy moves higher. When I put his head on my chest, he moves it off. When I reach my arms up to give a bear hug, his arms shoot up.

I actively try to give this affection and they all actively try to stop me. Sometimes I win, but it's even more effort. Do yourselves a favour boys and be small so we can love you

I assume your intent is compassionate, but your actions sound inconsiderate. Doesn't caring for people mean respecting their preferences instead of trying to change them?

All these actions are opening actions, allowing the possibility for different kinds of touch. If they are rejected I obviously don't force it. I mention this so that anyone who wants this kind of touch can consider whether they are also unconsciously rejecting it.
