I assume your intent is compassionate, but your actions sound inconsiderate. Doesn't caring for people mean respecting their preferences instead of trying to change them?
All these actions are opening actions, allowing the possibility for different kinds of touch. If they are rejected I obviously don't force it. I mention this so that anyone who wants this kind of touch can consider whether they are also unconsciously rejecting it.
And no, caring for someone is obviously way more complicated than that. Romantic partners caring for each other can and do override each other's preferences.
