1. How does depression-triggered dissociation feel? Do you move your body intuitively but just don't identify with it, or do you need System 2 cognitive effort to manipulate it? Does loss of bodily sensation (body->mind) and loss of strong control (mind->body) always go together?

2. People take ketamine, a dissociative mild psychedelic, for fun. If you do, how does it feel and what do you like about it? How does ketamine dissociation differ from depressed dissociation if you've experienced both?

3. What things do the opposite — embodiment? Sports and dancing seem to fit the bill, but they're probably hard to do if you start out dissociated. Massages? Spicy food? Meditation? Any particular drugs or therapy?
